SINGLE STATUS APPEALS TRAINING

The branch has organised training on the above dates for those interested in assisting members with the single status appeals process.

On day 1 (29 November) the training will concentrate on the job evaluation scheme used by the Council to design the job families pay and grading model.

Day 2 (5 December) will cover Aberdeenshire Council's Appeals Procedure.

It will be important for participants to attend on both dates.

Members interested will be entitled to paid time off to attend the training. You must give your manager notice as soon as possible of your intention to attend. Your travelling expenses will be met by the branch and a sandwich lunch will be provided on both dates.

The next few months are going to be very busy for the branch and we need as many activists as possible trained in the appeal process. Please come along to this training if you can.
