UNISON is the trade union representing staff in the Aberdeenshire Council and amongst various voluntary sector organisations and other public sector employers
Update

Although we are called Aberdeenshire, we have members throughout Scotland. This is because employers, such as Cornerstone, Inspire and the Food Standards Agency operate Scotland (or UK) wide and all their employees who wish to join UNISON have been placed with us.

We negotiate for better pay and conditions, help individuals in trouble and campaign for a safer, fairer society. UNISON is Scotland's biggest and liveliest trade union, representing 150,000 members delivering public and related services across Scotland and more than 1.3 million people across the UK's public services.
