The NEC members are ordinary UNISON members, just like you. By voting for candidates who share your priorities, you help elect leaders committed to enhancing your experience as a member.

Your election pack is on its way now. When you receive it, follow these quick steps to make your vote count:

1. Scrutinise: Open your election pack and learn about the candidates

2. Select: Choose your preferred candidate and fill out the ballot paper

3.  Seal: Secure your vote in the Freepost envelope provided

4.  Send: Take a quick trip to the post box and let your voice be heard

In addition to NEC members, your election pack will allow you to vote for your regional representatives and service group representatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to vote for those standing for the national black member seats and national disabled member seats.
