We thought it would be really useful for you all to see exactly what members thought of the offer, and we have included it warts and all. As mentioned on the document the only editing we did was to make sure that it was completely anonymous.
Never before have we had so many comments written on ballot papers, even allowing for the hundreds of votes that we received. We take this as a sign that you, our membership, feel strongly about pay.
We continue our fight to ensure you receive the pay rise that you deserve, and that you aren’t cheated out of any back pay that you may be due.
