It has been 206 days since you rejected Cornerstone’s 2018/19 pay offer.
The Leadership Team’s continued refusal to conclude talks at ACAS with UNISON is an insult to all Cornerstone staff and a further demonstration of their failure to comply with Scottish Government’s Fair Work Framework.
UNISON remains ready to attend ACAS to resolve the issues around pay and recognition at short notice, and we call on the Cornerstone Board to intervene to facilitate this.
